The Fotoware Alto logo, name, sign and all associated marks, are registered trademarks of Fotoware Switzerland AG (d/b/a Fotoware Alto). Other marks and logos used in the Fotoware Alto Cloud Service may be registered trademarks of corresponding copyright holders.

The Fotoware Alto Cloud Service uses third party software components, licenses and open source software (collectively referred to as "Software"). Fotoware can provide you a list of these upon request or alternatively you can review them in the help section, which is visible after login.

The Cloud Service and Software is protected under copyright law and international treaties. Any unauthorized or prohibited use, reproduction or distribution of the Cloud Service or Software, or any portions thereof, may result in civil or criminal penalties and legal prosecution.

By using the Fotoware Alto Cloud Service, you agree, at the minimum, with the Fotoware Alto Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and other applicable terms and conditions: all of which are published upon log-in or sign-up and visible in the help section of the Fotoware Alto Cloud Service.
